The SILICONE transfer is a solution to the problem of color migration with polyester fabrics. When a transfer is pressed onto a polyester garment at high temperature, the textile color can migrate into the transfer color. Our SILICONE transfer uses silicone inks that can be safely applied to all polyester fabrics, preventing color migration.
Available in 17 standard colors, our silicone inks give the SILICONE transfer a high degree of elasticity. We therefore recommend it for for sports shirts, leggings, cycling pants, etc.
If you need to print softshells or sportswear made of stretch material, our SILICONE transfers are the perfect choice due to their elasticity and anti-migration properties!

To prevent any movement of the transfer sheet when removing it from the press, we recommend using a Teflon sheet on top of our SILICONE transfer. This is important to avoid spoiling the SILICONE transfer, which requires well-cooled ink before peeling off the sheet.
We can screen-print your SILICONE transfers in up to 2 colors. Our selection of 17 standard colors similar to Pantone standard ensures vibrant hues for every customization! If you require a non-standard Pantone color, please note that an additional fee will apply.
